Catrice LE Big City Life Nail Polishes Swatches & Review

Hello my dears! How are you doing today? I hope you are enjoying your Saturday!
What I have for you today have been out for a while now. It's Catrice Make up Limited Edition for Fall 2012 "Big City Life", and it will be available in November as well. My lovely husband gave me the palettes and polishes as a gift for the Mother's Day back in October, and I haven't had the opportunity to play with them yet! So today I'm going to show you some nail polishes swatches, and leave the palettes for next week, because I've got too many pictures for one post, so stay tuned!
To the swatches:

First is 01- Paris, a muted light shade of rose, could be used for a "nude" manicure depending on your skin tone, with very secret fuchsia shimmer, that's still visible under sunlight, but we've run out of that here already.

Second is 02-San Francisco, a beautiful dark tealish pine green with fantastic turquoise shimmer. This is my favourite of the bunch, I don't own anything quite like it, but then my stash is not very big. So, maybe the nail polish addicts out there could tell me if there is a similar varnish color.

Last but not least is 03-Shanghai, a cool toned gold foil like finish, which is gorgeous! Ok, bare in mind my application here sucks. I did a terrible application in a hurry and I'm sure you could totally apply this without brush strokes. Just need patience and a light hand.

All the swatches are  two coats without topcoat. Formulas on these were good. Paris was a little runny, but still ok, San Francisco formula was the best of the three, and such a pleasure to apply. All of them dry pretty quickly.
These retail for 3.95 CHF (about 4 USD) and are a limited edition going on for Fall (October-November)

What do you think? Have you already pick any of these? Which is your favourite?
Have a nice weekend!
Love,
Nati

    1. Hi Ithfifi, those are my favourites too. Yep, I'm lucky my husband is my supporter number one in my polish craziness. He thinks "some guys have wives with much terrible addictions, polish is not that bad" or he also says "some guys go to offer expensive trips or cruisers, jewels, or even cars to their wives, and they are still not happy, mine does jumps of joy with a simple bottle of polish". That's also why I love him!

      Besos!

Unfortunately Catrice doesn't sell this LE in my country, because otherwise I'd definately buy San Fransisco :)

    1. Hi Judith, glad you liked them, and so bad :( you can't get them. I'm pretty sure there is a dupe out there somewhere, because is not that unique as shade.
