Hello sweeties! How are you?
To be entirely honest I pay some extra attention to my hand care routine since I take my hands in pictures. Before having a blog, I only rarely wore hand lotion (and that really showed). Having smooth skin being an active woman in a cold country, requires certainly extra attention, so I started being quite picky on my hand care products. Today I have two interesting Swiss made products for review, focused on hand care that are Vegan, cruelty free and super loaded on active ingredients!

Anasthasis is a Swiss brand born in Neuchatel, developping cosmetics 100%  Vegan with a high concentration of active ingredients. The brand is also committed with social responsibility as at least 50% of their ingredients come from Fair trade and totally cruelty free.

Anasthasis Délicatesse Hydrarepair hand cream

This cream has been conceived for hydrating and repairing the hand's skin.
The packaging really stroke me. I have so rarely seen a hand cream in such a fancy bottle. It really gives you the feeling of using a luxury product. For the first use I needed to pump several times before the product came out, but then it was ok. The cream contains 98% of active ingredients, including vegetal hyaluronic acid (from wheat), which is great for moisturizing, grape seed oil Bio which nourrish repairs and is antiaging, bio sweet almond oil, noble chamomile hydrosol and neroli hydrosol. That list is really impressive and the reason that made me try this cream in first place.

The cream has a nice texture, a bit oily, but you would expect that from the ingredients. It takes a while for it to sink in but that gives you plenty of time to really massage the skin including cuticles and nails.

My experience with it is an immediate hydrating feeling that fades quite quickly, in less that an hour. As I wash my hands a lot I feel the need to alternate with other moisturizers, but in general I can say the quality of my skin has visibly improved. The only negative point I find is the strong herbal scent it has which I personally do not find pleasant, but after few minutes it fades away.
The bottle contains 50 ml and retails for 49.90 CHF.

Anasthasis Délicatesse , Exfoliating hand cream

This cream aims to efficiently exfoliate hands  and preventing dark spots appearance. It comes in a squeeze tube, which I find quite practical.

It contains organic shea butter, bio grape seed oil, noble chamomile hydrosol, calendula extract essential oils of citrus to clarify and illuminate the skin. that is quite a powerful cocktail.

I have to admit I do not frequently exfoliate my hands, so using this exfoliant was a revelation to me. I apply a small quantity, then massage gently and then rinse. The results are truly impressive! The skin is baby soft and sooooo smooth. I also quite like the scent which basically smells like orange peel. The tube contains 100ml and retails for 59.90 CHF.

I have enjoyed using both products, although I wish the cream had a diffeent scent. I find both products to be a little expensive for hand skincare, but I guess the quality of the ingredients worth the price. The brand Anasthasis is coming up soon with new products in this line, which I hope to try soon!

What do you think? Do you frequently exfoliate your hands? if yes, which product fo you use? would you spend some extra money on hand skin care? let me know your thoughts!

Love,
Nati
