Happy Friday my lovelies! Ready for the weekend?
I am in love with this purple shade from OPI "I lost my bikini in Molokini" and today I'd like to show you a mani I did with this color using nail water decals with flower pattern from
Born pretty store. I thought it was so appropriate for Spring (which, by the way, I can't wait for it to start).

The water decals come in a paper sheet and they're printed in rectangular shapes which are supposed to fit your 10 fingernails. On the downside I think the predefined widths could not be appropriate for every nail size, in fact they look a little narrow.

My manicure is very simple and quickly done! I started with two thin coats of OPI "I lost my bikini in Molokini" in all fingers except the middle and ring fingers where I only used base coat. I then removed the plastic protection from the decals sheet and cut out the rectangles with the closest size to that of my nails and put them in a cup with water to soak. When the decals started to peel from the paper by themselves and float (about 15-30 seconds later), I picked them with tweezers and placed them on the nails, I pressed with a cotton pad for a couple of seconds. Finally I sealed the manicure with one coat of topcoat and placed some rounded crystal rhinestones near the cuticles.

I like very much the final result and it totally inspires me for spring! The  nail water decals with flower pattern retail for only 1.99 USD at  Born pretty store.
