Lippy of the week: NYX round lipstick in Lala

Happy hunp day lovelies!
It has been a while since I last shared a post about makeup with you, so I thought it would be nice to feature one of the lippies on my "Seasons Makeup Challenge". Today I'd love to show you NYX round lipstick in 612 Lala.
NYX Round lipsticks are a staple. They do not beat my beloved Catrice lipsticks, but they are fine drugstore lipsticks that come in a large variety of shades and cost only a couple of dollars. I know Switzerland is an exception because this brand is expensive in this country (what isn't?), but in most countries you can get NYX round lipsticks for a ridiculous price of 2.50-4.00 USD.

The one thing I love about Round lipsticks from NYX is that they are super smooth and creamy. They apply nice and evenly, they do not last very long though, but for the price I do not mind reapplying. They feel really comfortable on the lips, too.

I own a few shades from this range and rotate them quite a bit. Well, all except this one, that is why I included it on the Seasons Makeup Challenge, to try to use it a little more . 612 Lala is a dusky deep rose with a hint of brown and grey. It has a neutral undertone. When I got it I thought it was a great colour on itself but on me... not so sure. I find it makes me look pale. What do you think?

Other products I used for this look:

- Dior Hydra Life BB Eye Cream
- Vichy Dermablend Corrective stick Nude 25
YSL Le teint Encre de Peau BD40
- ELF High Definition Powder
- MAC Powder Blush in Modest
- Chanel Quadra Eyeshadow 08 Vanités
- Dolce & Gabbana Passion eyes mascara
- NYX eyebrow cake powder (dark)
- NYX Round Lipstick 612 Lala

Have you heard of NYX round lipstick? Do you own any? Which shade? Which are your favorite drugstore lip products?

Have a nice day!
Love,
Nati
