Happy Monday, my lovelies!

How was your weekend? I was feeling super weird on Sunday, sad, irritated, for no apparent reason, it was simply a general uncomfort that I couldn't pin down. I wanted to go out, but I felt very tired, I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted to do. Something was bothering me but I was not able to tell what it was. I put up with this discomfort most of the day, blaming my new hormonal medication. Does this ever happen to you?

Other than that, I am quite certain by now that I am not the only one longing for SPRING, which seems to be playing hard to get. So the ladies from the Monday Shadow Challenge thought that a tad of pastel and soft colours would make this long winter taste a little bit like Spring, using "Pastel pink and silver". I hope you like it!

For this look I used / Voici la liste de produits:

Pastel colours are not really my thing, but what kind of challenge would it be if it was easy? I thought that after numerous dark, intense and crazy looks, cooling things down was a good idea. So I decided to create a very soft and luminous look in pink with a very light touch of silver.

Here is how I used the colours:
On my crease, I used a fleshy-rose colour to define my eye. Then I used two tones of pink on my mobile eyelid. A very light one towards the inner corner and a darker one on the outer corner. I thought that it looked very luminous an ethereal, so I didn't want to add a harsh eyeliner. I applied the slimmest possible line of liquid black liner along my upper lashline and topped that with silver glittery eyeliner. I applied the glitter in such a delicate and slim line that is almost imperceptible. But I think that was my point.

On the face, I used a bronzer from Givenchy, a pink blusher by Essence cosmetics and on the lips a beautiful pink lipstick by Dior.

Joyeux lundi, mes belles!

I think this luminous look came up quite nicely and it is refreshing to create a soft look once in a while. What do you think? Now, I invite you to go check the creations of my challenge mates on the Facebook page of the challenge.

Nati
