Hello, Lovelies!
My skin was really needing a boost in the radiance department lately. I've been sleeping poorly, not drinking enough, and I looked really tired! So I decided to test this Etude House Camellia mask for the first time. I tell you all about it after the jump!

Today I am presenting to you the Etude House Camellia mask that I purchased from the online store BoOonBox. Without further ado, let's take a look at it!

Etude House 0.2 Therapy Air Mask - Camellia

Packaging

Etude House has considerably improved their instructions and information in English compared with their first masks I've tried. Thumbs up for that! You can find all the information you need in English  on the packaging :)

Mask shape and application

The "0.2 Therapy Air Mask"is the improved design for Masks from Etude house. As I've already said in one of my previous reviews, I'm very happy with this new version. The shape is large enough and long enough for my face and the tissue is super light, flexible and fits the face perfectly adhering to the skin!  I left it for 20 minutes, it doesn't feel tingly or any weird feeling on my sensitive skin. It didn't cause any redness or irritation at all. But it does have a very refreshing effect!

Ingredients

Water, Glycereth-26, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Xylitol, Alcohol, 1,2-hexanediol, Carbomer, Arginine, Hydrolyzed Jojoba Esters, Coptis Japonica Root Extract, Sucrose Palmitate, Dipropylene Glycol, Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Coptis Chinensis Root Extract, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract, Xanthan Gum, Ethylexylglycerin, Adenosine, Sodium Hyaluronate, Disodium Edta, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Fruit Extract, Camellia Japonica Seed Oil (100ppm), Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Oil, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Oil, Pinus Palustris Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavander) Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil

I can't spot any particular irritant ingredient, on the contrary, many of the "good" ingredients, the main being Camellia leaf extract which will greatly contribute to improving skin tone and glow in your skin, adenosine which plump up your skin to diminish wrinkles and make your skin more elastic. There is also Licorice root and Ginger root extracts, which are known for giving firmness to the skin.

Personal Experience

The package contains a folded sheet mask which bathes in 20ml of serum, which is A LOT. Just imagine most serums you get are 30ml bottles intended for multiple applications, so 20ml at once is really huge.
The serum in it is refreshing and more gel-like than other masks I've tried. This jelly serum is clear, but with a slight yellow tint that reminds me a lot of natural Aloe Vera. It also has quite a sticky feeling. As I got the mask out of the package, I had a bit of a hard time unfolding it, as the mask is very thin and the serum it soaked in made it very soft and sticky. But I eventually succeeded to unfold it and apply it to my face, with a cooling effect. I left the mask on for 20 minutes.

I removed the mask and lightly massage the remaining product onto my skin, which sank in completely 5 minutes later, leaving a quite sticky feeling on my skin. I applied it during my lunch break because I was planning to do my makeup and go out that evening and my skin was needing a little help.

I definitely noticed my skin brighter after applying this mask. Did I get a "lifting" effect? well, no that I notice, but maybe I need more applications to see the difference. The day I applied the mask, that evening I did my regular skincare routine and went to sleep. The following day I woke up to GREAT SKIN, radiant, firm, lovely smooth! This is not the first time that I do the "lunch break" masking, and although I enjoy it, the results really show the following day. That's something you might want to take into account!

The Etude House Etude House 0.2 Therapy Air Mask Camellia is available at BoOonBox online store and retails for 2.70 CHF (around 2.50 USD)
