Hi sweeties! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I certainly had. i spent most of the time with my family and friends which is so nice (comparing with weekends when I spend most of the time working on my paper).
Today I wnt to show you the last OPI colour I received from the San Francisco Collection, its name is In the Cable Car-Pool lane, and it's a gorgeous medium plum shade, or a dark berry if you prefer, so glossy and squishy! I love this kind of colours for Fall. The shade is not really unique, but surprisingly I do not have a dupe in my stash, that's a good point for me. The closest in my stash is my beloved Zoya Stacy, but the OPI one seems a tad brighter. My classic vampy shade seem to be darker than In the Cable car-pool Lane, nevertheless,  I think this one looks quite sexy and looks real plum under all lightings, unlike some other shades that look black under certain lights.

The formula on this is a little thinner than I like my cremes, but totally manageable. Just not opaque in one coat, which is why I'd say this polish is more of a jelly than a creme polish. The "jelliness" gives it an amazingly glossy finish by its own (no need of topcoat) and also a little of that "squishiness" that is so so cool, as it seems your nails have been recently painted.

The thin formula has another advantage on me and it makes the nail polish last much longer, as thicker coats chip more easily. I painted two coats of In the Cable Car-Pool Lane on Wednesday, over one coat of Mavala basecoat 002, no topcoat, and it's Sunday evening as I write and there is no chip at all! Just a little tip wear due to so much typing, lol.

So, let me know your thoughts about this colour, if you have any similar shade or whatever you'd like to share in the comments!
Love,
Nati
