Hello sweeties! Happy Hump day!
This shouldn't be a long post because it is meant to be a RAVE about my latest additions to my brush stash I bought in June. But you know every time I say "this will be a short post" I end up rambling endlessly, hahaha!
I have already shown all the brushes I own here, that is an old post, but my stash hasn't change really since then, I have only replaced a couple of brushes I use the most. So, today I am only going to introduce here the three new brushes I got from Wayne Goss and how I prefer to use them.
Hair │ Kérastase Nutritive Range for Dry Hair
I can't believe in two days we'll be in September! This is just nonsense!! Where did summer go? Well, it seemed to have past so fast, but when I run my hand through my hair, the slightly "crsipy" feeling tells me I have quite enjoyed myself this summer. UV rays, swimming pool chemicals, salty water, sand and quite frequent washes due to the summer heat, have left my hair in less than optimal condition. That is why I was so enthusiastic to try the New Kérastase Nutritive range which promises to give my hair all its softness and silkiness back!
I've used this range* for the past four weeks and I'd love to give you my insights here, just keep reading to find out.

But in reality, I haven't been painting my nails for about 4 weeks, trying to let them get a bit stronger. It was kind of an unusual day yesterday because my boy stayed at home with me. He started school on Monday and on his second day... he broke his arm!! He got a brand new blue cast and the recommendation to stay quiet. The poor thing is so disappointed he cannot play with the other children the way he'd like to (the wild way, that is, LOL).
But, that's not what I had planned for today! Today I wanted to chat with you about False Eyelashes. I think that is definitely a trend we can no longer ignore. Whether you like it or not, falsies have taken their place in many daily beauty routines. I have tried an awesome pair of Red Cherry lashes and glue and I want to share my opinion about them with you.

I wouldn't mind getting old if I would age like J-Lo. I love that woman! She looks so young and beautiful!
Alas, I'm not one of those people you couldn't guess their age, as in the past four years my face has taken eight, at least! You can see by yourselves, go check my pictures in the archives, two years ago I looked five years younger than now.
Don't tell me it's not possible because ageing is not about maths! Maths has nothing to do here, ageing is about free radicals, sun damage, stress, hormones and pollution. Today is back to school in Switzerland and, although the weather is very sunny and warm, there is this sensation lingering in the air that the summer is over. I know in many places summer vacation time has only started, but I don't live it the same way in Switzerland, I already feel Fall is around the corner here. Does it happen to you too?
There's a thing I love about summer and that's sunset happening late enough for us to enjoy watching it. After our daily occupations, our minds can be free to watch the sky for a little while. Watching a sunset is such an inspiring moment! I couldn't help feeling a bit nostalgic while reflecting that the days got a lot shorter already and soon the sunsets will happen somewhen in the middle of our daily chores and I guess I will miss it.
That's what I was thinking of when I created this look for today. Although this Monday Shadow Challenge features a bright summery colour -tangerine-, my interpretation is a bit toned down. In fact I tried to do a Sunset inspired makeup. Shall we take a closer look?

As Italian prices are lower than Swiss ones in general and as it was the summer sales everywhere, after my long no buy period, I went a little overboard, hehe.
