Hello my dears! How are you doing? Today is the last mani for the Tri-polish challenge of June using pink, purple and red. By the time I did this mani, I was lacking in inspiration (as usual for the fourth mani with the same colours, lol) and I took my inspiration from a post on the mythic blogger All laquered up, while she was featuring a nail art inspired on My awesome beauty: so this is a Retro dotted mani!!

Hello my lovelies! HAPPY SUMMER TO YOU ALL!!!
How was your weekend? I could enjoy a wonderful Sunday with my family and I'm happy I still have some free time left to write a short post. To celebrate the beginning of the Summer I thought it would be a good idea to share with you my favourite products for this season.

What I'd like to share with you today is an oldy but goody from China glaze: Flying Dragon. this colours is a little controverted because as far as I know there are two versions of it, one is the "neon" version and it's the one I own.

I'm so freaking late with answering to your comments!! But I do read them! I receive each and everyone by e-mail and I check it regularly. I appreciate so much all your sweet comments! You girls are THE BEST. You always make my days sweeter with your kindness and support. I appreciate it so deeply.

Here is the thing. I'm a mom who's also trying to get the Master post-degree in "Science du langage et de la communication". Yep in French. That's already a challenge for me. So I'm working my a*s off to get most of the work done during the hours my baby does not need me, he's the sweetest little guy, but he's still young and needs his mummy. So I often work late in the evenings and early in the mornings, and that leaves my days without time for blogging :( I always try to catch up the most blogging during the weekends.

But you all know, there are times in life we need to set priorities, and getting my diploma is one priority over blogging, and it also is taking care of my baby. This doesn't mean I don't love you to pieces!! This means that for the next 6 weeks or so you'll have to be patient and do not get angry against me if I can't answer to you or read your blogs as often as I wish. It's in fact a big temptation! But I have to keep focused on my work if I want to succeed.

I know you understand, and I appreciate all your patience and support! You're the best!

Hello my dears! You might know by now I have a crush for Chanel makeup. But this is not new in my life. In fact it's been several years I buy Chanel makeup products despite the fact they're very, very expensive for my standard (yes, remember I'm cheap, I carry a bunch of discount coupons in my purse and I'm ALWAYS sniping discounts and offers). I treat my Chanel makeup like family jewellery, always place the cases in their velvety pouches, and only pull these baby's out of their boxes for special occasions. Well, there's one exception to that is my Premier Régard quad, which I use mostly every day, and a lipgloss in 277 Pensée that is my go to lipgloss during Spring and Summer.

Today I want to share with you a look I did with my beloved purple shaded palette from Chanel Les 4 ombres 08 Vanités. this was the first Chanel makeup item I bought years ago. I can't remember exactely when I got it but It should have been some when in 2005 or so.
