Hello my lovelies, how are you today?
Day 14 of the 33 days Challenge is dedicated to Abstract nail art. I chose to go with some stamping and dots using of my favourite shades: purple, turquoise and green!
For this mani I first painted two coats of China Glaze Emerald Fitzgerald and stamped al the nails using Konad plate m64 and OPI Haven't the foggiest. I then added some dots to the pattern using a dotting tool and Essie Naughty nautical and an unnamed purple from Claire's, which is fabulous btw!
So this was my take on "abstract nails", what do you think about it? do like abstract designs or prefer more real stuff, like flowers animals, prints, etc?
Let me know your thoughts and don't forget to pay a visit to my fellow challengers here below.
Love,
Nati

ReplyDeleteThis is really beautiful! I love these peacock-y shades combined! Also I love how you made the stamping plate unique by adding to it :) It also reminds me of paisley! xx
ReplyDeleteHi Ithi! You guessed! My inspiration was a flower bouquet from etsy with peacock feathers in it!

I am not sure this kind of design would come to mind when thinking of the word 'abstract', but whatever, I do like the nail art and I love the design :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Melissa! I'm glad you like it. Well, there's many kinds of "abstract"... mine is more of an abstract deconstruction of this flower bouquet http://www.pinterest.com/pin/516295544752871093/
