Hello, sweeties. Happy Friday! Only a few hours left to Christmas and, as every Friday, I have a new nail art design for you. Today is the 6th nail art prompt for the "26 Great nail Art Ideas" Challenge, and the theme is Pastel Christmas. Of all the "Christmassy" colours I can think of, I must admit, pastel ones are not those which come to my mind, using these type of colours has definitely become quite a challenge!

Pastel Christmas really sounds like a contradiction in my mind! But, I must admit that when I Googled "pastel Christmas" and chose to see the pictures, the results were pretty stunning. It was like entering a Winterland universe where instead of white snow, everything would be covered by marshmallows of different colours!

That was what I had in mind when I decided to do a layered stamping of small Christmas icons like snowflakes, a decorated Christmas tree, etc.
This design I did is a little intricated and it takes a little patience, but it doesn't require a lot of  skills. I started painting my nails using Zoya Satin Ana, a dusty very pale rose pink. When that was dry, I stamped using Born Pretty stamping polish #9 & #16, MoYou London Nail Lacquer Chill Out, Zoya Rayne, Zoya Leslie, Essence Stampy polish White, and the BPS stamping plate BPL-032.

I really like the result because it is so original and unexpected! I hope you have liked my design for today. Also, don't forget to pay a visit to all the talented ladies that are taking part in this challenge (listed below).

I wish you a wonderful Holiday Season and Merry Christmas to those of you who celebrate!
Love,
Nati
