Nail Art │ Nail design with Sunflowers in Double Stamping
Sep 2, 2018
Hello, sweeties!
I hope you all had a great weekend (so far).
Today the "26 Great Nail art Ideas Challenge" proposed us to make a manicure using a special technique "pattern on pattern" or "double stamping". I've done this several times in the past, so I thought to twist things up a bit to make them more interesting this time. So I came up with this manicure with sunflowers, which are currently in full bloom! I hope you like it!
Nail art │Autumn inspired manicure to welcome the season
Sep 23, 2016
I might have said it 2 million times already, but I love Fall. I love this season in a particular way, it's mainly because of the colours, the stylish yet cozy outfits, boots, scarves, JACKETS (my favourite piece of clothing are jackets, which are yours?) and of course, landscape colours. There is something magical about walking in the woods while the trees chenge from green to virtually every shade between orange to gold. I find it poetical, inspiring and it really boosts my creativity!
Ok, I could talk about Autumn for ages, but the point today is that the "40 Great Nail Art Ideas Challenge" has chosen "Autumn" as today inspiration for nail art, so I have a new manicure to share with you!
Quick nail art using Vinyl guides
Mar 30, 2016
Ok, I admit it. Nail art is not MANDATORY, but without it, I feel "naked" (yes, I'm THAT sick). Yet, my present circumstances don't allow me with enough free time to sit and create amazing free hand painted designs or unique intricated techniques. The last part of 2015 and the beginning of 2016 will be remembered on my nail art journal as the "slap it and go" period (more LOL). I have been reaching for every simple and quick nail art technique that was put under my nose and these Born Pretty Store Vinyl sticker guides are definitely one of them!
Day 7: Your oldest untried nail polish
Oct 7, 2013
Hello my dears! How has your week started?
For day 7 of the 33 Days Challenge I wore my oldest untried, that according to my records is Butter London Victoriana. I keep track of my used and untrieds, and I was sure I had already worn this once, but I search and searched and had no picture of it as a mani, I only used it once as a nail accent here. But then that does not count for me as "tried". I got this polish in December 2010, so if it's not my oldest it's pretty old I'd say!
