Hello, sweeties! Welcome, June!
The beginning of this month smells so much like summer. We had the first big rain storm yesterday night and the first power cut since I live in Switzerland. It was past 11 pm and I was supposed to be writing this post for today, instead, without electricity, I ended lighting a pair of candles and reading a book.
Last month I've shared with you a part of the products I've used up: skincare and makeup products. Today I'll be sharing my opinions about the body and hair products I've finished up lately, there are a couple I really loved! So let's get to it!

Klorane Shampoo with Magnolia. Brilliant Shine and protection

I've already featured a few of  Klorane shampoos on my blog, this one was also a good one. It washes my scalp and hair gently, it lathers up nicely and leaves my hair soft and shiny and it smells divine!! I honestly found it nice but I didn't see any spectacular result until it was empty and I switched shampoo. So yes, definitely this gives a LOT of shine. Switching to another shampoo and seeing the difference! If you are struggling with dull hair, I would definitely recommend you to try this one.
That being said, I've been considering to change into a more natural way of cleansing my hair. Klorane uses silicones, synthetic fragrance and colourants. I still have a few bottles of "regular shampoo" to use, they are good products so I will use them up. But I'm thinking to totally change my hair care into a more environment-friendly one. If you have any suggestions, please leave them in the comments.

Klorane Conditioner with Magnolia. Brilliant Shine and detangling

I was very happy with this conditioner, it gives shine, detangles and leaves my hair feeling super soft (besides it smells delicious). I have enjoyed using it a lot and of the Klorane conditioners that I've tried so far this one is the one I prefer. It doesn't weigh down my hair, so I don't need to use volumizing conditioners to styling my hair afterwards. I definitely recomend this conditioner to anyone who would like more shine and healthy looking hair.

Erboristica di Athena Shower gel with Neroli and Green Tea

This shower gel cleanses the skin and leaves it super soft and feeling hydrated. It does not contain SLES, silicones, parabens, dyes, preservatives or petrol derivatives. It is also cruelty-free and produced within a program with low CO2 emissions. It contains Aloe and olive oil, however, I can't find any trace of green tea (Camellia Sinensis) or of Neroli (Citrus aurantium) in the ingredients listed on the label. Which is not cool.
I did love this shower gel to pieces, I need a new one, but this brand is not easy to find in Switzerland! I got this one in Italy during my last summer vacation. I still have one bottle of another shower gel from this brand and two other from other brands, but be sure I'll be getting more of this one on my next trip to Italy.

Korres Coconut sand Shower Gel

This it is a very creamy shower gel, that cleanses the skin gently and does not leave a dry feeling to my skin after the shower. It also smells divinely of coconut and vanilla. It does not contain mineral oils, paraffin wax, silicones, parabens, PEG, synthetic dye, phthalates or animal derived ingredients.
It is cruelty-free and vegan friendly.
I was very happy with this product and I definitely want to try some more of the Korres range of Shower Gels.

The Body Shop Piñita Colada Body Butter

I finished this up ages ago and was lingering in the basket of empty stuff since December last year. I am fan of The Body Shop body butters, specially in winter, so I usually get all the summer editions and used them when my skin needs them the most in Fall.winter. I LOVE doing this! I can't tell you how good it is to feel the smell of piña colada in the gloomiest of November. I could close my eyes and be immediately transported to a Caribean beach. I've done this with every summer edition from the brand for the past three years, and it's been a great help for enduring the dullest winter days (yes you guess right I'm not a fan of winter). You should try doing the same once I'm sure you won't regret! I wonder what the next summer edition will be?

Klorane Anti-hair loss strengthening serum

This spray has been my hair saviour after my second post-partum in 2015, as I've already mentioned it here. This helped so much with my post-pregnancy hair loss, it slowed down the loss of hair and stimulated the roots for new hair to grow (and I'd say hair grew back was faster than usual, but that's not a claim of the products, just my personal experience). Since then, I've purchased a bottle yearly and used them for two or three weeks in a row (the bottle lasts me 6 weeks approx) whenever I notice an unusually important loss of hair. Sometimes hair loss can be due to hormones, stress, fatigue or so many other factors. In that case, I use this daily for a couple of weeks and it boosts my hair. I definitely recommend it :)

Have a wonderful day!
