Hello my dears! How are you today?
This is the 19th Battle of this challenge (only one left to go!) and is a battle between fruits vs. Lollies. I've chosen to represent fruits! Well, sort of, lol. For this nail art I wanted to recreate a mani done by another blogger, Moana from Ooooo Shiny! to see hers click here. I like her mani a lot and I think is by far my favourite way to use the strawberry fimos!
For this mani I've used three thin coats of Zoa Jacqueline as a base (so yummy!) and painted the tips using Chanel Particulière. Then did some dots with my finest dotting tool, using again Zoya Jacqueline. I applied the Strawberry fimo, precut fimo from Claire's. I used some nail glue from Born Pretty store to hold the fimos. Finally I added a Mavadry (Mavala topcoat) and that's it!
It was a very simple mani. I guess that if I had used French guides, it would have been nicer, but I can't wait my polish to dry to paint the French tips, and sticker guides applied over a semi dried polish=total disaster. So I can handle a minor disaster by doing them free hand!
Please, let me know your thoughts about this mani!! And don't forget to check what the other participants have done to their nails to represent this battle!

ReplyDeleteLol!yes it does! Thanks for your comment Aglaya.
DeleteCiao Nati! :D
ReplyDeleteWOW! These are soooo gorgeous! Well done!!
I like that you have put the strawberries this way and not like Moana did. To me this is the "right" way ;)
And you don't need any French guides!! Yours are superstraight!!
Bellissima cara!!
Baci!

Grazie Jezzica! I appreciate your comment so much!
Deletebacioni, xx
Bonito,
