Hello my lovelies! How are you doing? How have you enjoyed your weekend?
We're back from our amazing vacation in Italy and It's kind of hard to get into the routine again. But when you must you must.
Today I'll like to share with you my first try to the interlocking dots technique. It's not difficult at all, but you do need a certain precision placing your dots, or the effect will be ruined.

For this manicure I started with two coats of OPI Vant to bite my neck over my usual basecoat and let it dry very well. I sported the purple shade for a day until I decided I wanted to do this look so, it was really dry. Then Using normal tape (scotch tape) I cover half of my nails diagonally, and painted the other half with Revlon Dreamer, a lovely shade of light blue!

Then I took off the tape and with a dotting tool started placing the dots next to the line and over the darker colour to complete a polka dot pattern. Then took the OPI shade and did the dots over the light blue. I know my explanation is not very good, so you might want to check here for the tutorial I followed.
So I hope you like the final look and would love to see if you decided to try it!
Love,
Nati
