Hi Sweeties! How are you?
Both my children were sick this week, the elder skipped school at the begining of the week, and the little one skipped day care yesterday and today, so this mummy's been busy. As a result, I couldn't write the review I was planning for today, I was really excited about, but don't worry, because that will be coming up next week!
So I went through my drafts and find a makeup look I did quite a long time ago, I thought to share it with you. I hope you like it!
In fact, the pictures I'm sharing today
were taken for a post I planned showing you the presents I got for mother's day and for some reason I never got to publish. Without further ado, here are the lovely gifts my hubby and children offered me back in May:
Chanel Quad #262 in Tissé Beverly Hills
My hubby knows I am fan of Chanel and Dior's LE collection, but I wasn't planning to splurge on the Spring collection, mainly because by then I was in a no buy ban, and then because it's not like I really need it. But that is my mind trying to think straight, now, when I opened my present, I went like OMG!! this is sooo beautiful! (I feel so bad to be showing you LE stuff that is no longer available, so sorry). I've used this quad several times this summer, but I think this colours will be appropriate for Fall too!
L'oréal Color rich#435 Plum my nights
This lovely lipstick was chosen by my boy, who is such a fan of makeup up. He calls it "your colours", and he's so funny "aren't you putting your colours on today?". He cracks me up. This is a fantastic color, I think this was LE too, but I'm not completely sure as it was on a display for very long time.
This is the creamiest formula from L'oréal, and my absolute favorite! I'm sure my boy chose this for its packaging, because he's just like his mum, a sucker for pretty packaging. Just, please, be honest and tell me the glittery blue isn't simply gorgeous! The color of the lipstick is very nice too, not what I would usually pick for me, but it is nice for a change, what do you think?
L'oréal Brow Artist Genius Kit
Last, but not least, they got me the Lôréal Brow Artist Genius Kit, and this is a total stunner! Initially, they got me the lighter colour, not knowing it was for the brows, but I just went to the store and changed it for the medium to dark shade, which I think is perfect for me! The kit is so travel friendly, I love it, and I'm considering getting a backup for my purse.
And this is the look I've created with my gifts! I wore this to go out for dinner date with my family. Yes, I bring my children to my date nights :D
I hope you've liked this look, if you have any questions, or would simply pop a hello, please leave it in the comments!! I always read your comments, I know I'm not good at answering (I'm so sorry, I'm so late answering comments and emails, please be patient!!) I love them, I love your messages, they are the most important part of blogging for me, and I can't wait for life settling down a bit so I can have more time for the blog again!
Love,
Nati
