Hello, my lovelies! How are you today?

I'm very happy these days! There are so many things I'd like to share with you, not enough time! Many cool things are happening that put me in the best mood. The past weekend we were invited by the lovable people of Wildhorn Fine Cosmetics of Switzerland to the opening if their first store, in Crans-Montana. I will be telling you every detail of this event in a later post. But what can I say about Crans, that place is so beautiful! Hubby and I spent the weekend there and had a very relaxing (child-free) time. We also caught the (rare) occasion of stress-free set up to do a small fashion photo shoot for the blog. I've been caressing the idea of including a fashion section -with my own twist, that is- to this blog for far too long. The fact of not having a photographer was a bummer. Then my hubby "voluntarily" (haha, he wishes!) proposed himself as "Instagram husband". LOL It was a bit weird at first, but at the end we really enjoyed it, I must say it exceeded my expectations. I will be sharing those photos with you soon!

As you may have noticed, I haven't posted my makeup look on a Monday, as I usually do. The reason being, this week is "Sportswoche" or "Semaine Blanche" here in Biel, it means children don't have school and I spent the day with them yesterday, no time for editing for this mama. So, I'm posting today, the Monday Shadow Challenge combining "Mustard Yellow" and "Green" two colours that are terribly trendy this season!! I think that my look is quite wearable even though the colours are a bit out of my comfort zone. I hope you like it!

I hope your week started fabuloustically! As you know we got back home from Argentina on Friday and have struggled most of the weekend with painful jetlag. But today, everything got back in track, children woke up in time for school/daycare, hubby got all school bags and sports bags ready, I made breakfast on time too! haha, it's crazy how going back to the little things can be reassuring for the kids (and the adults ;) too). I also got back to the routine, which meant workout, laundry, tidying up the house, but I also got to create a makeup look for today's Monday Shadow Challenge!

Today's look is about combining "midnight Blue" and "Silver" and I came up with a coloured smokey eye with a twist. I hope you like it.

Hello, sweeties! It's me again!

I hope you are having a fabulous week so far. I wanted to post my weekly makeup look today even though it is already a bit late because tomorrow will be kind of busy day. I promise I will keep it short and to the point!

Yesterday's  "Monday Shadow Challenge" prompted us to create a makeup combining "Silver" and "Carmine red", but in total honesty, I wasn't feeling the "silver" these days! I have been wanting to create a dark smokey with red lips for ages because you know how this is said to be a "No-NO" in the makeup world! So, there you get quite a challenge combining a strong eye look with a fiery lipstick and how you actually CAN do it! Keep reading to find out how.

The pumpkin season just started, I love pumpkins!! As food, as decoration and as a makeup colour too! Today's makeup challenge with the "Monday Shadow Challenge" proposes us to combine "Kaki green" and "Orange Pumpkin" colours in our looks, thich I find so appropriate for Fall. Hello, lovelies! Happy Monday!
I had a terrible week last week, and I really needed to take some time off this weekend. By time off I mean time to REALLY rest and do things that would help me relax. Saturday morning I took the time to do my nails properly. It's the first time in years that I'm wearing the same colour on both hands, LOL. Sunday was quiet and relaxing, I prepared brunch for my family, we had a lovely lazy afternoon and in the evening we went to the movies with hubby. It was a date like in the old days. he actually took the children to their grandad while I got ready and then he waited for me downstairs, lol. It was odd-beautiful. When we arrived at the movies we eventually realised the film was spoken in German, which none of us knows enough as to watch a movie without subtitles. We have asked many times before getting the ticket "which language is it in?" and the man assured us it was English with German subtitles. But as it resulted to be German with no subtitles he kindly refunded us. So we ended up having a lovely evening having a drink (or two) on a terrace and chatting instead, which was really nice! Does sometimes happen to you that your original plan doesn't work out but what happens instead is way better?

Today, the Monday Shadow Challenge prompted us to use "Bright Yellow" and "Ochre" colours. So, I've created an easy summer look, done quickly but perfect for any summer evening out! I hope you like it :)

I hope you all enjoyed your weekend.  For us it was a lovely sunny weekend, I spent it indoors feeling under the weather :P I caught something that got my tummy upset. As you can see on my pictures that's my very-tired-self. I'm already feeling better, but guess what... it's already MOnday! LOL

I'm back from a few amazing days in Barcelona with my family. We had a nice time and much fun despite the rainy weather. I've shown you little bits and pieces of our family moments on Instagram stories, but not much. I'm the kind of person who prefers to enjoy the moment fully and leave the "reports" sharing for later, I know it's not very much in the mood of times, but when I try to be posting in real time I have the feeling of not enjoying the moment properly... what about you? how do you manage the sharing in social media?

Today is a beautiful day and we are counting the hours for Halloween!! The "Monday Shadow Challenge" this week pairs "pumpkin orange and black" which are the typical colours for Halloween. I was very impatient to use my Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Palette, and the prompt for today's challenge was in the perfect colours to test it for the first time! Shall we take a closer look to my makeup?

I have missed you last Monday as I couldn't write my post in time for the Monday Shadow Challenge. But this week I really wanted to participate to the challenge as the colour prompt was super challenging and outside my comfort zone: Makeup in mustard yellow. The long wait is over! Happy Halloween sweeties!
My children have played the whole weekend with the halloween masks and costumes, they've already had major fun, so this evening we will go out for candy. There is not much people celebrating Halloween in Switzerland, so I keep fingers crossed they won't be disappointed and we can find at least one or two houses that will actually answer the doorbell.

Today is as well Monday Shadow Challenge, and I could not skip the occasion to present you a Halloween makeup. Today's colour is, of course, pumpkin orange!

Seriously, I feel young inside.

I'm eager to do new things all the time. Always thinking what's the latest? I don't feel at all 36, I feel more like 26. I believe the sparkle in my eyes shows my true age at heart. Unfortunately, my skin doesn't quite agree with my feelings. My skin does not follow my spirits, but she has this annoying tendency to obey to nature and gravity. I do not want to hide my age or pretend to be younger, I want my skin to show how my inner-self feels: young!

After all, I'm not 86, I'm 36, there are lots of things I can do for my skin. Treating my skin to fine cosmetics is definitely one very important thing to look my best. So when I heard Coolbrandz was looking for people to test the new skincare range Revitalift Filler HA by L'oréal Paris, I immediately jumped in (head first). I was so excited to learn I was chosen among so many applicants that I started using the range right away. You know I like to do things right, so I tested this range for 4 full weeks, now I am ready to give you my honest opinion with an in-depth review!!
