Hello my dears, how are you? How was your weekend?
What I have for you today is a simple eye look that could be used everyday! It's a very natural look with some "shimmer" that helps bringing some light to the eyes without being over the top.
For this eye look I used the following:
- Urban decay eyeshadow primer potion
- The following shades from the NYX Butt naked eyes palette:
- Nyx Doll eye Mascara Volume
- Sigma brushes E60, E55, E70, E40
This is actually a look I used for everyday. The colours are soft and neutral so you don't need a perfect application or a lot of blending, so it's made pretty quickly! I also like to exclude the eyeliner when I'm going for a more "natural" look. I say so because I've recently watched a makeup tutorial about a "fresh simple makeup" that included a quite dark smokey eye, bright solid coral lips, liquid liner and false eyelashes. Well, it was pretty much a fantastic look! but not quite the idea I get from a fresh simple makeup. That led me to make this eye look.
What is a look for your eyes you use for every day?
Love,
Nati
Gorgeous, so beautiful makeup. :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks Ann-Sofie, I'm glad you liked it.

DeleteHola Andrea, tienes alguna novedad por trabajo? Espero que consigas pronto.
DeleteNada chica, aun buscando, me angustia
Beso.

Gracias Natalia te lo agradezco mucho. Ahora mismo la voy a comenzar. Un abrazo.
DeleteLooks lovely, very naturally pretty.
ReplyDeleteThanks for reading and commenting Melissa!
DeleteSorry I've not been around much to comment! :( This is so pretty, a really beautiful natural look and it definitely does make your eye color 'pop'. Coral gloss would go perfectly!
ReplyDeleteHi Ithi! Don't be sorry please! I totally understand, I haven't been reading my favourite blogs lately because it's been so busy around here! I shall catch up with my reading and commenting soon.
DeleteThanks for your sweet compliment, I really appreciate it!
Salut Nati, I bet you thought I might not have read this post, but..... I love how deep and beautiful your eyes look with those colors!!! I had to laugh about your description of a natural look with smokey eyes and false eye lashes :-)!!! Your palette leaves the most variations and I think it is a piece of cake to glamorize this look in minutes. These days I always do Kajal (but I had instructions in how to apply, no way I would go with those plank-like lines you still see so often). I prefer the Kajal over the eyeliner because it looks softer on me - hope you and your family are doing well - hugs and Küsschen xxx
ReplyDeleteSalut Christine! sorry I saw just now this comment of yours! Thanks for your sweet compliment, it means a lot to me.
DeleteOh, kajal was my first makeup item. I think I started lining my eyes with black pencil at the age of 14. Now I do not choose black very often, because with age it looks less flattering, but I love it all the same!
We're ok and struggling with spring allergies :P LOL
ReplyDeleteCiao Tatjana! Grazie per il complimento, sei troppo gentile. Il tuo italiano a me sembra perfetto!
Deletebaci! xx
DeleteVery pretty shadows!
