Hello my dears, how are you doing today?
We have a very Fall like weather but I still want to share with you a manicure I did during summer using one of the most gorgeous shades launched at that time, OPI That's hula-rious from the Hawaii Collection.

these are two coats with topcoat

This is a very beautiful shade of pale green, I do own a similar shade, Zoya Neely, but the OPI one is superior in formulation.

For this manicure I used Born Pretty Store Stamping Plate BP-L024 , Konad special polish in black, OPI Aloha from OPI and OPI My Gecko does tricks. I was experimenting a little with two different advanced stamping techniques. One is reverse stamping, which I used on my ring finger and the other one is DIY decals, which I applied on my middle finger.

Basically the difference between both is that for revers stamping you do not need a clear topcoat and you stamp the image directly on your nail after filling it with the colours you like, while for the decals you need to apply a clear topcoat and let it dry before picking it up like a film and applying it to your nail. I intend to do a video tutorial on these (some day, LOL).

The decals take longer to do but I find the result is much neater and more  precise.
Have you tried any of these techniques? Which one do you prefer? Don't be shy and tell me what you think!

Love,
Nati
