Sometimes, I have the sensation that the hours of my day pass too quickly. I want to do so many things in 24 hours, and at the end of the day, I realize I only did a fraction of what I wanted. Does this happen to you? How do you feel about it?

I was starting to feel frustrated and stressed out about it. But before I lost my nerve, I just wrote down a list going through everything I had done that day, and the previous day, and it was a lot!
Yes, sometimes we do a lot of stuff that is not in our list, some things that are unpredicted and somethings that are part of our core routine and we don't even count them in. Like all the small housekeeping chores, talking to friends, shopping groceries, picking up and driving your children to numerous places. While doing all this we remain connected, we send emails, messages, take photos, publish articles and whatnot.

We are blessed to be a generation blessed by technological help. We have an app for each thing, and our life is way easier than it was when I was a child.

I try to focus in what I have actually achieved and valued it, instead of concentrating in what I wanted to do and haven't achieved, and I immediately felt better! Sometimes you don't need to change anything more than your perspective on things.

Today's manicure was one that I did very quickly thanks to something called "ready-made water decals". I painted my nails with the beautiful yellow from OPI Fiji Collection "Exotic birds don't tweet" and let them dry. I applied my water decals as I fancied and sealed the manicure with clear glossy topcoat. Tadaaa! It's done, it's pretty, it didn't take me long. Although it is not what I had planned, it is what I could do given the circumstances and I am very happy about it! This manicure was done for the 26 Great Nail Art Ideas Challenge for the theme "Green freestyle", I encourage you to visit my challenge pals to see what they've created, you can find them in the linkup below.

What tricks do you do to save time and energy in your life? do you use technology to help you out in everyday chores? Let me know in the comments!!

Love,
Nati
