Hello, lovelies! Happy Monday!
I hope you all had a great weekend, we are enjoying the Italian countryside, no mobile, no WiFi (unless we go to the mall in the city) and this is soooo good. Also, there is not air conditioning and it's super hot, so this is not so good, but we'll survive ;) This weekend we've been mainly resting, meeting friends, family and EATING delicious food, so I really don't complain ;) What was your weekend like?

Today, the Monday Shadow Challenge prompted us to use "Red" and "Turquoise" colours. So, I've created a sophisticated, yet simple to do, summer look for anight out! It is a look that will make heads turn but you can achieve it with only three products so it's a super travel friendly makeup look. I hope you like it :)

Chatting about it

There was no way I could picture red and turquoise eyeshadows together, so I decided the EASY path: turquoise for the eyes and red for the lips. Still I thought a very heavy eye look with lots of eyeshadow would not look great with an intense red lipstick. My makeup look is mor about a turquoise accent on the eyes and a show-stopper lisptick!

For this look, I used two cool toned beige and brown eyeshadows to define the crease of my eye lids. I applied the turquoise colour using an eye pencil by Chanel and I gave the final touch to the eye look with a black winged eyeliner and mascara.

On the face, I used a bronzer by Givenchy and a peach blusher from Essence cosmetics. On the lips, I used an intense red lip lacquer by Estée Lauder.

 J'espère que vous avez passé un excellent week-end, nous profitons de la campagne italienne, pas de mobile, pas de WiFi (sauf si nous allons au centre commercial de la ville) et c'est tellement bien. De plus, il n'y a pas de climatisation et il fait très chaud, et ça ce n'est pas très bien, mais nous survivrons ;) Ce week-end, nous nous sommes reposés principalement, rencontrant des amis, de la famille et mangeant de la nourriture délicieuse. On ne peut vraiment pas se plaindre ;) Comment était votre week-end?

Aujourd'hui, le Monday Shadow Challenge nous a invités à utiliser les couleurs "Rouge" et "Turquoise". J'ai donc créé un look estival sophistiqué, mais simple à réaliser pour l'été! C'est un look qui fera tourner les têtes, mais vous pouvez le réaliser avec seulement trois produits, c'est donc un super maquillage de voyage. J'espère que ça vous plaira :)


Comment je l'ai fait

Je n'arrivais pas à imaginer des ombres à paupières rouges et turquoise ensemble, alors j'ai décidé le chemin FACILE: turquoise pour les yeux et rouge pour les lèvres. Pourtant, je pensais qu'un look très lourd avec beaucoup d'ombre à paupières ne serait pas super avec un rouge à lèvres rouge intense. Mon look de maquillage consiste plutôt en un accent turquoise sur les yeux et un show-stopper sur les lèvres!

Pour ce look, j'ai utilisé deux fards à paupières beige et marron pour définir le pli de mes paupières. J'ai appliqué la couleur turquoise à l'aide d'un crayon pour les yeux de Chanel et j'ai donné la touche finale au maquillage avec un eye-liner noir et du mascara.

 Sur le visage, j'ai utilisé un bronzer par Givenchy et un fard à joues de pêche de chez Essence. Sur les lèvres, j'ai utilisé une intense laque à lèvres rouge d'Estée Lauder.

I don't think I have ever done a simpler look (in terms of materials needed and time consumed) with such a high impact! In fact all you need is a matte eyeshadow, eyeliner, turquoise crayon and red lip lacquer. All very portable things and perfect for a look you can do on vacation even if you are away, because crayons are so much easy to carry than a big shadow palette!

Je ne pense pas avoir jamais fait un look plus simple (en termes de matériaux nécessaires et de temps consommé) avec un tel impact! En effet, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est un fard à paupières mat, un eye-liner, un crayon turquoise et un vernis à lèvres rouge. Toutes des choses très portables en voyage et parfaites pour un look que vous pouvez faire en vacances, car les crayons sont tellement plus faciles à transporter qu'une grande palette d'ombres!
