I hope you had a great weekend and you celebrated your dad (for those who celebrate!)
We didn't celebrate father's day, because here in Switzerland that was already the first Sunday of June, but we did have a special family Sunday! We went strawberry picking (and eating) which is something the whole family enjoys! We were lucky to have a lovely sunny weather (as the night before we had a pretty strong storm!). We went gifting some strawberries to our dearest friends (my daughter collected a basket especially for her godmother and nobody could touch those) and ate the rest with pancakes and maple syrup!! What could be better than that?
Today, I have a new makeup look to show you. Lately I've been using a lot of different palettes but I was missing using my favourite ones from Anastasia Beverly hills, so I decided to create a luminous purple look today using Norvina palette. I'm very excited to share my outfit post this week because it is about a piece I absolutely ADORE: a white broderie dress for summer!! White cotton or linen dresses are the perfect choice for your summer event, outdoor party, BBQ party, beach party, a simple picnic with your significant other, any family reunion, you name it! (Except a wedding, please, don't wear a white dress as a guest to a wedding, that's usually the colour reserved to the bride).
I know for moms in general white is not the most practical option, but I've wanted a white summer dress for so long, I just had to give in! Finding the right one wasn't an easy task. I ordered 7 different dresses (was that 8?) from different shops until I found the one I wanted to keep. If you follow my Instagram Stories, you've seen and probably even voted for the dress I've finally kept, now I'm in love with it!! Were you wondering "how are you going to wear a white dress??", well, white goes practically with everything, you don't really need a tan to pull it off you just need the right white for you. Today, I am going to show you two of the many ways I style my white dress for different occasions and give you a few tips about finding the right dress for you!

I was so impatient to write this post, as I have owned the "Born to Run" eyeshadow palette for such a long time now and I never got to show you any makeup done with it!! I got this palette at the beginning of last year, but I haven't used it much, what a pity! It is a gorgeous palette suitable for every season and every occasion. Today, I've created a warm summer makeup look with it, I'm also giving you my personal opinion on the palette :) I hope you like it!

It is a bank holiday here in Switzerland, so we are enjoying a long weekend! What about you? Is it a bank holiday where you live?
We've spent a lovely but rainy weekend, we could share a moment with friends and family and it was awesome! We attended a lunch party in honour of my Godson who already got his Confirmation and it was amazing, it was emotional, fun and we had the most delicious food, as always the best time, whatever the weather, with our dear friends.
Today, I would like to share with you a nail design I created for the "When Colors Collide" nail art challenge. This week's challenge was about the colours nude and gold, such a lovely combo! I think nude and gold manicures are perfect for the season. Check out what I've created with these colours!

How is the month of June treating you so far? It feels like summer around here, we've been enjoying it a lot! The summer school break is approaching and I'm super excited for our next Summer vacation (although that will happen at the end of July, I can't wait!!). Today, it is time to show you a new edition of my Zodiac Makeup Challenge! As every month, I've used my BH Cosmetics Zodiac LOVE SIGNS palette to create a look inspired by a Zodiac sign and today it is the turn of GEMINI colours. Last year I have used the first edition of the Zodiac palette all the year round creating different looks inspired in each Zodiac sign, and this year I count on doing the same thing with the second edition of this Palette!

It's time for a new "Fashion" post. In summer we like going out more, especially with the children, and that involves some playing and other activities that require outfits that allow me to be comfortable and that are easy to wash (small fingers dirty with chocolate ice cream, mud, and other unidentified substances will definitely be all over the place, LOL). But this doesn't mean you have to abandon every bit of style!!
