Happy Friday my dears! Any nice plans for the weekend? We are FINALLY going out to diner with hubby tomorrow! Rejoice!Rejoice! Can you hear the bells? I can barely believe it, ha ha ha. It has been soooooo long since we went out for dinner, I think it was on Valentine's day? we've been to the theatre a couple of times, but I'm so in the mood for some gourmet specialties, miam.
Today is day 12 in the 33 Days Challenge and it is dedicated to a pattern in your home, and that was difficult! haha Well, in fact, I don't have patterns, well not many. We do not have carpets or curtains of any sort, because I'm seriously allergic to dust, and our bed sheets are mostly in plain colours. So I went with the only thing that resembles a pattern at home and it is my baby's IKEA plaid.
For this mani I've painted all nails with two cots of Moda #61 from the polka dots collection, and then painted the lines using LA Colours art deco liners in white, yellow and red, and used OPI What's with the cattitude and a liner brush to add a baby blue line.
I ended with one coat of Poshè fast drying topcoat, and that was it!
Very simple indeed and I really hope it counts like a pattern! lol.
Do you have a lot of patterns in your home decoration? Or are you mostly "minimalist" like me? What pattern would you like to reproduce on your nails? Please don't be shy and leave me a comment.
Love,
Nati
