Hello sweeties! How are you?
Today I bring you my manicure for the 7th week of the 52 weeks challenge. I am soooo late for this one it is not even funny :-/ But I wanted to post anyways because it is a special one for me.
The challenge was due last Friday (sighs) but of course there was no way I could find the time to paint my nails last week. Well, things that happen! But I did manage to make this manicure yesterday and here you are: My job. Can you guess what it is? I am not currently employed but I am a full time MOM :-D
What? that is not technically a job? because, well, you don't get paid for it... However, of all the occupations I had in my life this is by far the most challenging yet the greatest rewarded I have ever done. As an expat-fulltime-mom I rarely socialize with other adults, and some days I have no adult conversation at all. Let's not even talk about "me time". Also, not having friends or family near to support me, I guess it's the hardest part. I have been flirting with the idea of getting a part-time job just to be able to go to the bathroom alone XD.
Well, enough of my nonsense and into nail art: This is a stamping manicure for which I used Zoya Charli as a base and then stamped using Born pretty Stamping nail polish #9 in baby blue and Born pretty Stamping nail polish #16 baby pink. I used the plates from Born Pretty Store BP-70 and from Bundle Monster BM-XL30. I love the cute images of pacifiers, prams and baby foot prints, seems lovely for a manicure for a baby shower or pregnancy.
Well, that's it for now, I have a lot of gorgeous things to show you next week, I hope my "job" will allow me to take pics and write for you. Let me know your thoughts on this mani and please pay a visit to the other participants to the challenge listed bellow.
Love,
Nati
