How was your week? Which are your plans for the weekend? I have had such a nice and productive week. All the family has fully recovered from all the nasty viruses we had in January, and everyone is fit again. I have started to workout every morning for just 30 minutes before starting with my daily activities and it makes me feel great. I'm starting slowly because it's been ages since I last worked out and I have a few old injuries to pay attention to. So for a couple of weeks, I'm focusing on activating my muscles again. I plan on increasing the workout level making it more challenging as the weeks pass, but I'm taking it easy for now, to avoid hurting myself.

Today I'd like to share with you a new makeup look I created using my  BHCosmetics Zodiac palette. I REALLY wanted to challenge myself to create twelve makeup looks with this baby, one for each Zodiac sign, and today's makeup has been done using the "Aquarius" colours from the palette.



I want to state clearly that I don't really care for horoscope or Zodiac signs in general, and I don't know much about it, I just know that each sign roughly corresponds to a month of the year, and as there are twelve of them I thought it would be nice to make it a challenge to present you one new look each month. Aquarius sign starts on January 20th through February18th, that's about all I know ;)

In the palette, the colours that correspond to Aquarius are matte light beige and a foil baked shadow in a duochrome yellow gold/green. I decided to use both, but also add other colours from the palette to make the look more wearable. I hope you like the look I came up with ♥

For this look I used:

Face/ Visage:
- Wetnwild Photofocus concealer in Light Ivory
- YSL Youth Liberator  Serum Foundation B30
- Catrice HD Liquid coverage Foundation #010 Light Beige
- Givenchy Croisière Healthy Glow Powder #2Douce Croisière
- Wet N Wild ColorIcon blush in Apri-cot in the Middle

Eyes/Yeux:

I was very excited to create this "Aqurius" look, as the foil Aquarius shade seemed so beautiful on the pan! I started using the matte Aquarius shade as a transition shade on the crease. I then used the matte Pisces (reddish brown) in the crease and outer corner, which I also applied on my lower lashline. I then wet my brush a little and I applied the shimmery Aquarius shade all over my mobile eyelid and WOW, I felt it didn't need anything else! So, so pretty!! Finally, I applied a black pencil and a bright turquoise pencil to my waterline. As usual, I added loads of mascara.
On the face, I used a bronzer from Givenchy, an apricot blusher by Wetnwild and I skipped the highlighter. On the lips, I used a beautiful matte orange lipstick from L'oréal by Balmain.



This look was a total surprise, it took me no time to work with the shades and get a beautiful look without effort. The Aquarius shade has such a great dimension it doesn't need any other colour to look stunning! I can't wait to use the colours of next month for a new look!
