Hello, lovelies! Happy Friday!
I'm very happy today because hubby came back from long 10 day-business trip and the children and I missed him a lot. I'm happy the weekend is almost here and we can enjoy some lovely time together.
As April is slowly coming to an end, it's time to share the prducts  I've used up recently, so I can give you my feedback on them with this series of mini-reviews.

Orlane Gentle Cleansing Foam. Face and Eye makeup remover

I started using this cleanser last spring, it was sent to me as a press sample, usually only in the mornings as it is very gentle with my dry skin. Many people say foaming cleansers are nothing special, this wasn't my first experience with foaming cleansers. Other brands I have tried dried out my skin terribly, but this one really respected my skin balance. I have posted a full review here.
This bottle lasted me for one year using it 3-4 times per week! It is a high-end brand and retails for CHF 36, which is not cheap, but considering how long it lasted me, I will definitely repurchase it and recommend it to anyone with dry skin.

Shiseido Ibuki Gentle Cleanser

This gentle cleanser by Shiseido is one of the few gentle cleansers I have tried that are able to completely remove my makeup and give me a perfectly clean skin in only one step. This is the cleanser I choose when I'm too tired in the evening to do a double step cleanser. It doesn't foam, but it turns into a dense cream that cleans thoroughly, is rinsed off with water and leaves the skin smooth but not dried. I wasn't using it regularly, but at least 3-4 times per week in the evenings and it lasted me very long time, almost 18 months. Because only a very tiny amount of product is needed! On the downside, it is quite expensive, so I would probably repurchase it again only if I find it discounted.

DHC is a Japanese brand very well known for their famous oil cleanser. I found this bi-phase makeup remover and thought to try it. It removes my makeup gently, it doesn't irritate my eyes, it takes a double application for waterproof makeup, but it ends up removing everything. It is not very expensive, in the same range most bi-phase cleanser form other brands, but I don't find it particularly better than others I've tried. If you were thinking to buy it, I let you know it is a good one.

Korres Wild Rose Brightening & Line Smoothing Serum

This is a very good serum that leaves my skin nourished, brighter, plumper. I bought this together with a gentle exfoliator, a night sleeping facial that I use daily and a face oil from the same brand that I also use daily. This serum was finished in 4 weeks while all the other products lasted for months and most of them aren't finished yet. It is not a very expensive product, and it is a good one. If you decide to follow the Korres Wild rose Regime, you should know you need at least to bottles of this serum for every one bottle of the other products.

Babaria Roll-on Eye contour Snake Venom. Age killing effect.

I bumped into this while shopping in Mallorca, and I got it out of curiosity and because it cost only €15. I honestly didn't think this was nothing special and for a while I left it in the shelf as I had othe eye creams opened. Well, this is SO good, it deserves a post for itself. This is a very liquidy serum, with a roll-on applicator, it has an instant effect on my eye contour, it relieves me when I have puffy eyes and it instantly tightens the area making my fine lines softer and eventually disappear. This applicator makes the product last a long time, this tube contains 12 ml but it lasted me at least three months! Last time I went to Barcelona I look for this product every where but I couldn't find it, I've been told this was sadly discontinued! But still I was able to order one tube on ebay ;) I recommend you do the same! this product is totally worth it!

Kiko Milano Extreme volume effect Mascara

This mascara was part of a kit of two products a mascara and one of those tubes containing "fibers" to make the lashes more voluminous. That "fiber" thing, I ditched it almost immediately, all it did was clumping my lashes and a real mess. But this mascara was really good and I used it until the last drop! It made my lashes thicker, and longer, it was also easy to remove and did not irritate my eyes. I went to the Kiko Store to repurchase it and I was told it was discontinued. but iif you can find it where you are, get it!

Also, let me know if you have tried any of the products I have mentioned and if you have a different opinion I would love to know it!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Love,
Nati
