Hello, lovelies!
Today the Nail Crazies Unite challenged us to create a "Neon floral"  manicure! I love, love, love neon colours on nails. They are bold, bright and fun. The neon colours remind me of summer and that puts me right away in a good mood.
This is my take on "neon floral" nail art, I used a different technique to create my background, this is the "smoosh" technique, keep reading to find out more about it!

Creating this manicure was very easy and quick, especially because neon colours have the capacity of drying very fast! Here is how I proceeded:
1) I painted my nails with a coat of opaque white polish to make the neon colours on top pop out more! I used Essence The gel nailpolish Wild White ways.

2) Once my white base was dry, I created my NEON background with the "SMOOSH" technique. This is a very easy and quick technique, but it could be messy if you don't protect your cuticles and fingers with a peel off protector. So be sure to cover up those areas, and then place small dots of different neon colours on a clear stamper. I did it in a random way. Then "smoosh" the stamper over your fingernail. And you'll get a messy mix of colours! I think thi s is very cool and a nice alternative to sponge. I used four neon colours from OPI: OPI hotter than you pink, Down to the Core-al, Push & pur-pull, Life gave me lemons and a simple clear stamper.

3)  My neon colours dried super fast, I was ready to stamp my flowers. I used the Born Pretty store black stamping polish and a stamping plate BeautyBigBang 01.

4) Finally I sealed the design with a clear topcoat. That was it!

I have enjoyed creating this neon manicure, I really like how eye-catching it turned out!
