Hello, sweeties! Happy Monday!
We had an AWESOME weekend! You know how I love meeting with friends and on Saturday we had a baptism. My hubby was godfather to his best friend's daughter and it was such a wonderful day. The weather was delicious, warm and breezy, the religious ceremony was intimate and lovely, the venue was amazing! You know when everything is sooo perfect you need to be pinched to know if it's real? My kids had a blast with their friends, we enjoyed so much! We even got to watch some bits of Argentina-Iceland match after the meal, which unfortunately didn't end up as I hoped ;)
On Sunday, we went out to a lovely restaurant by the BielerSee (Lake of Biel) to celebrate my father in law's 76th birthday. The food was de-li-cious and of course we over-eat... well, you can't always have everything under control, right?

As every Monday, I have a new makeup look to show you! Today, the Monday Shadow Challenge gave us an especial prompt: we ought to combine "Peacock colours" and "Black"... sorry, what on Earth does "peacock colour" mean? Well, the admin said that we could use any colour OR combination of colours that recall peacock feathers. So, for today's look I've created a sultry and glamorous look, I hope I rise to the challenge!

The weekends are getting more and more fun as the weather warms up! We spend such a fantastic Saturday afternoon and evening with friends, we always have such a blast with the godparents of my girl. Sunday was a little laid back, after brunching copiously (!) we rested, watched Harry Potter and I could write a little for my blog. In the evening, we went out for a walk and it was delightful! It was warm but there was a delicious breeze, the children were happy and giggling! It was really long since I last took an evening walk with the family, stress-free and totally chilling. I have really enjoyed this weekend, and I'm glad to slowly be able to enjoy the little things that seemed to disappear beneath a mountain of tasks and stress just a few weeks ago. I'm making progress in allowing myself actual "free-time" because even taking the kids to the playground had this stressful taste of "to-do" stuff. Did it ever happen to you that your levels of stress wouldn't allow you to enjoy free time properly?
It's Monday and that means that I have a new makeup look to share with you today. The Monday Shadow Challenge proposed the colours "Pastel Yellow" and "Plum Purple" for today's look. Let's see what I came up with!

Today is another busy Friday! But only the nice kind of busy ;) we'll be out shopping all the afternoon. It's awesome, as the weather warms up the social appointments flourish, we have a late b-day party tomorrow, Sunday we'll probably go for a boat trip on the lake (depending on the weather), we have another birthday in the middle of next week, then a BBQ party next Friday, a Baptisme on Saturday and another dinner party next Sunday!! Believe me, I am NOT usually this busy socially speaking, but I LOVE it! What about you? Do you go out and meet up with friends more often these days?

How are you doing? We are having a lovely weather this weekend and we are planning on going berry-picking tomorrow to celebrate Father's day! Is it father's day also in your country tomorrow?
Today, I am saddly skipping the Nail Crazies Unite challenge! How come? well, today's challenge is "favourite TV show", and I was no inspired at all! I don't watch much TV, but my favourite show would be Games of Thrones, however, my little head couldn't give me one single nice idea for making a manicure that wouldn't take hours of free-hand painting (which anyways I totally suck at!). So I decided to deliberately skipped the challenge today, and show you the manicure I wore last Sunday for my daughters birthday party. This is a very bright and popping floral manicure, I hope you like it!
