Hello, sweeties! How are you?

I'm a little late sharing my manicure this week, as I usually post early on Friday or Saturday, but I decided to take it easy this weekend. What was right on time was my menstrual cramps and I am feeling a little tired, hence my delay posting. I didn't want to miss this appointment for the "Nail Crazies Unite" nail art Challenge because this week's theme is Superheroes/Villains nails!! I SO SO WANTED TO DO A WONDER WOMAN NAIL ART!!
In reality I had something more intricated in mind that involved freehand painting, but given the fact that I was feeling under the weather, I did a simpler version. This is how my nails turned out!

Hello, sweeties! How are you?

Today we have another appointment for the "Nail Crazies Unite" nail art Challenge! This week's theme is Blue and White Nautical nails. This is also the first time I don't have a new nail art to share with you. Oh, noes! Well, you know, I love painting nail art, but this week was almost impossible. I had so many random things to do and prepare, my children are still on school break, which means my mornings are super short! I've also recently started a healthier lifestyle, which consists of exercising more. I feel wonderful this way, but it is also more time consuming of course. Not to mention that next Monday is back to school for my boy, so there were a few things to get back on track as well. That's why I didn't have the energy to do my nails last week.
Oh well, you know I always manage to paint my nails, regardless of all my activities, but it is always a chill out moment to me and if I had to do so in stress and a forceful way, I felt it made absolutely no sense. So I decided that for today's challenge I was going to repropose to you a nail art I've done in the past, which is blue and white and nautical too! I hope you'll like it :)

Today I'll be very busy preparing for my boy's b-day party tomorrow. I'll be cooking and crafting and whatnot, it'll be so fun! But I didn't want to miss the appointment with the talented ladies of the 26 Great Nail Art Ideas Challenge. This week's prompt is "Mixed tape mani" and this is what I came up with. I'll be keeping today's post short and sweet, because I still have to pack, but I didn't want to miss the appointment with the 40 Great nail Art ideas Challenge, which today brings us a rather unusual theme for nail art. INSECTS!! Of course, by the first picture you've already guessed what I tried to represent and I took the easy minimal path :P
But I'm sure this Friday will be full of bugs ;)

Here's it's been raining and as many of you know there is not much I can do with a broken foot, so I decided to do one of my favourite hobbies: playing with makeup!

Hello my dears! How are you doing today? I have for you the another manicure I've created for the Tri-polish challenge. As you know this month I'll have to stick to three colours, grey, blue and red, and they were already presented here.
While thinking what good could came from grey, blue and red, baring in mind I could also have free use of white, black and toppers, I remembered how I always found quite awesome the flag manicures, specially the Union jack, because I think it's kind of iconic in the world of fashion. I thought it would also be a nice opportunity to practice my striping tape skills, and decided to give it a go!
