Hello, lovelies! Happy Friday!
I'm very happy today because it's been a TERRIBLE week for me and I can't wait for the weekend. I really need to relax, sleep in (if the children allow), indulge in some self-pampering and maybe go to the movies. Nothing too fancy, but I really need to disconnect and have a break.
The month of June ended without me having the occasion to share with you the products  I've used up recently, so today, finally, I can give you my feedback on them with this series of mini-reviews.

Lancôme Galatée Comforting Make up remover Milk. With honey and Sweet Almond Oil.

This makeup remover is a classic, a staple for many years has been the best option for mature and very dry skin ladies, as it is VERY GENTLE yet totally efficient. I get the huge 400ml bottle (to be honest I got two) and two bottles cover me for more than one year, so it's very convenient too. I'd say this is a sure value and if you like old trusty products and have dry or mature skin, this is something I would totally recommend. I have posted a more detailed description of how to apply this product here.
I will definitely repurchase this as I love it for removing my makeup especially if I'm wearing a heavy foundation. ^

KORRES Wild Rose Exfoliating Cleanser

I've used this exfoliating cleanser as part of my night skincare routine 2-3 times per week. I like it because, although it exfoliates skin physically, it is quite gentle and respectful of my sensitive skin. It leaves it brighter and smoother. It is a very good quality product but still not terribly expensive. I am currently using different exfoliants that I got as PR samples but when I'm done with those I'll probably repurchase this one!

Lancôme Energie de Vie skin. The liquid care

I got this "serum" (why don't they call it serum?) quite a long time ago. Once while I was purging my stash I find ut it was unopened and decided to use it right away before it would go off. Well, I started using this in the wrong season. What does this serum do? Basically it does it all! Well, it boosts the skin, hydrates, improves skin radiance, it is really good! I think this would be excellent skin care for VACATION mode. In fact this is serum AND Moisturizer all-in-one, but with a very lightweight and refreshing texture.
You know when you leave for those tropical destinations where the heat and the humidity are so strong that you can't bare your regular moisturizer? Well, in those cases of extreme heat, you cleanse and tone your skin, apply a pump of Energie de Vie and you're good to go (especially in the evening). That's what I plan to do during my next summer vacation in Argentina!
The Lancôme Energie de Vie skin care is available here.

Vichy Slow Age. Daily care targeting developing signs of ageing.

When Slow Age came out two year ago it was all the rave, and for a reason: this is SO GOOD. I think this is my third bottle! It moisturizes, it protects the skin from sun (it contains SPF 25) from pollution, it is also quite calming (if you hapen to have a breakout this has some soothing effect). If you are interested I have a complete review here. I definitely recommend it, but I, who have dry skin, don't find it moisturizing enough for me in winter, however, I find it perfect for spring and summer. Oily skin ladies may find it a bit too rich!
The Vichy Slow age day cream is available here.

KORRES Advance Repair Sleeping Facial

I got this out of curiosity and I fell in love with it. This has helped my skin SO MUCH overcoming this long and cold winter! I have terrible dry skin in winter and this sleeping mask can be applied daily, that's what I did and last winter I was having my best skin ever (other products helped as well). You can read a little more about it here. Now, this jar was finished a couple of weeks ago and I haven't repurchased it figuring I wouldn't need it during summer, as it is very rich and my skin is not as dry in this season. But as soon as the cold season comes back I will be repurchasing for sure!!

Wetnwild PhotoFocus Pressed Powder

Last but certainly not least, this pressed powder is a gem, and it has completely improved my makeup life. I received it as a press sample, was totally unexpected I never imagined I was going to like it so much. I always used to say "I don't use much powder, because it makes me look 100 years old". It WAS true. But this pressed powder is a game changer. It mattifies the skin without drying it out. DRY SKIN LADIES REJOICE!! This is the best most affordable powder you'll find in the market. I know there are plenty of high end "hydrating powders" but they are so expensive! I own my own Chanel loose powder and paid 60 USD for it. But this from wetnwild suits my skin even BETTER and for less than 5 USD! You do your maths... If you need to learn more about this powder you can check my full review here.
Oh, and I've already repurchased it ;)

Also, let me know if you have tried any of the products I have mentioned and if you have a different opinion I would love to know it!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Love,
Nati
