Hello, my lovelies! How are you today!
The months are starting to pass really quickly, I can't believe is already time for an "Empties" post again!
I have a huge amount of empty products this time, so I was hesitating about doing a video! Many of you opted for an Empties video on Instagram Stories to my question, so next month I'll be doig a video instead of a blogpost ;) I still have to fine tune the filming part (read: I need a camera other than my phone!! LOL) but those are just "details" aren't they?
It was impossible to fit all my empty products, which keep cumulating in one post, so I divided them into categories, and this month I'm sharing with you the skincare products that I've used up!

Hello, lovelies! Happy Friday!
I'm very happy today because it's been a TERRIBLE week for me and I can't wait for the weekend. I really need to relax, sleep in (if the children allow), indulge in some self-pampering and maybe go to the movies. Nothing too fancy, but I really need to disconnect and have a break.
The month of June ended without me having the occasion to share with you the products I've used up recently, so today, finally, I can give you my feedback on them with this series of mini-reviews.

Hello, sweeties! It's been ages since I shared with you the products I've used up. I've cumulated a HUGE amount of empty bottles, but I have decided to leave out all the products that have already been featured in past editions of "the empties" posts and I split the rest into two groups. This time I'm going to talk about the skincare and makeup products and I will address the body and hair products in a future post.

Makeup │ Lancôme Miracle Air de Teint Foundation [Review]
Hello my lovelies! How are you?
It is time to talk about makeup, more specifically about a foundation I've been wanting to try for long. This is Lancôme Miracle Air de Teint foundation and I got it because last year I loved using my Diorskin nude Air serum foundation and I wanted to see how I liked the Lancôme one.
I've been using it for about six weeks now and I wanted to share my opinion with you.

How was your weekend? Today is one of those days when less is more. I wasn't inspired by the colour proposed for this Monday Shadow Challenge or by any colour really. As makeup is for me a form of expression, I thought, why not showing this lack of inspiration too?

Hello Sweeties! Bonjour!
Today is back to school in Switzerland and, although the weather is very sunny and warm, there is this sensation lingering in the air that the summer is over. I know in many places summer vacation time has only started, but I don't live it the same way in Switzerland, I already feel Fall is around the corner here. Does it happen to you too?
There's a thing I love about summer and that's sunset happening late enough for us to enjoy watching it. After our daily occupations, our minds can be free to watch the sky for a little while. Watching a sunset is such an inspiring moment! I couldn't help feeling a bit nostalgic while reflecting that the days got a lot shorter already and soon the sunsets will happen somewhen in the middle of our daily chores and I guess I will miss it.
That's what I was thinking of when I created this look for today. Although this Monday Shadow Challenge features a bright summery colour -tangerine-, my interpretation is a bit toned down. In fact I tried to do a Sunset inspired makeup. Shall we take a closer look?
Monday Shadow Challenge: Mauve

It's time for another Monday Shadow Challenge and this time the chosen colour is Mauve, one of my favorite shades for eyeshadow! Let's take a closer loo, shall we?
Testing 1, 2, 3… Samples Galore!
I have a shitty skin, if you allow my expression. Dry, dull, super sensitive, intolerant and acne prone. Say with me: " yay!" (one has to cheer up as one can).
So I'm always looking for what's next and asking for samples, whether it is skincare or makeup, I'm forever in the quest of the perfect product. At one point I realized I have such a huge amount of samples that I started taking simple notes of the ones I try: brand, name of the product and if I like why, or if I don't like it why not (I'm getting old and I forget things). I've seen I'm almost finishing a notebook with those notes on my first impressions of products and I though: This is totally good material to share with you!
So let's dive in the ocean of samples and testers, shall we?

I totally fall in that category so I immediately said YES! and started digging up my drawers to find pretty blushes to show you!

I don't know how many of you have jumped in the trend of cushion foundation, but I have read many great reviews on it, and finally decided to try it. I've got shade 02 Beige rosé.

It's raining here, but we expect to have a dry weekend, I hope some sunlight too, but just rain-free would be ok to make the final purchases for the Holidays. Have you finish yet with your Xmas shopping? I only need to get the drinks and food for the upcoming events I'll be hosting at home.
Fall Favourites Lancôme "La vie est Belle"
I came across this perfume at the end of September, and to be honest I tried it out because of the name. Ever since I first saw the Roberto Begnini's film La vita è Bella, many, many (many) years ago, its title has become my motto. I fell in love with the story back then, because it was like a poem, an ode to optimism and unconditional LOVE for life. I can't help to think about it when I were this fragrance, so my judgement is not objective at all (as anyone's could be). Optimism an unconditional Love this is what this scent evokes to me. But that just me.
For the rest, I really suck describing scents, so I'll copy-paste Lancôme description:
