Shopping my stash │ Makeup Look in Blue & turquoise using YSL Palette
Aug 25, 2017
Hello, my lovelies! Happy Friday!
I hope you all had a great week and planning a fun weekend. I was feeling under the weather this week and had tweak a bit my posting schedule. I ended up publishing my review on OPI Iceland collection on Wednesday, instead of Tuesday and this makeup post comes unusually on Friday instead. But I did not want the week to end without sharing with you the August edition of my newest monthly series "Shopping my stash". This series of posts is dedicated to showing some love to makeup products of my own collection instead of buying new. I am rediscovering products that I haven't used in a while and for the month of August I've been playing with YSL Palette Bleus Lumière, which I haven't used in a while. I am also showing you a look I created with it. Keep reading to find out :)

Aug 29, 2016
Bonjour les filles! Hello, my lovelies!
How was your weekend? We seem to be holding to the last few days of heat before the Autumn kicks in and, just admit it, we all want the Summer to stay a little longer right? So, what would you say of taking a trip to the tropics with the awesome gals from the Monday Shadow Challenge especially inspired by the fantastic choice of "chartreuse green" shade this week?! I'm sure the temperature will rise with this bright green shade :)
'till the last drop : Products I've finished in July [mini Reviews]
Aug 3, 2016
Hello, my lovelies! Bonjour!
July was an amazing summer month, but strangely unusual for my family. This is the first time that we take a vacation on July, we usually do it in June or August. July was mostly sunny and hot, ideal for a vacation! So here are my empty bottles for the last month, let's chat about what was in there!

Y is for YSL
Apr 21, 2016
Hello, sweeties!
How are you doing? Only two more letters to go and the ABC challenge will be over (so you can rest from all this swatching old polishes, lol) I know it is not a very "springful" shade, but I didn't have much choice of polishes starting with "Y", eventually I decided to add some flowery stamping decals, what do you think?
This is , another untried for the "ABC Challenge"!
September Makeup Bag
Sep 15, 2015
As you know I like to keep track of the makeup turnover and changes in the products I keep on my bag for daily makeup routine doing this monthly post. It is so fun to see how my simple everyday looks change with the seasons but simple choosing a different lipstick or blush! This month My makeup has definitely marked the end of summer and my choices have turned to more Fall like colours, without being too deep yet, but the feeling of Fall is definitely there! What do you think?
July Makeup Bag: the heat is on
Jul 14, 2015
Since I live in Switzerland I have never experience a heat like this. If you, like me, were born in a country with long, humid and torrid Summers, then you know perfectly 36°C is not the worse that can happen, but Switzerland is not prepared for this kind of temperatures. The city, the houses, the shops, the transport means, all are a trap for heat! perfectly designed to maintain the warmth and save heating energy during the long Winters, but not at all suitable for hot summers.
In this kind of situation, I try to manage in order to avoid my makeup sliding off of my face, without having to buy special products. If you keep reading you'll find out how I do it.

Hello sweeties! How are you today? I hope you are having a sunny Saturday.
The date due date for my baby's birth is approaching (only two more weeks to go!) and there is still much to be done at home to welcome her! So this weekend with hubby will be dedicated to divers house tasks. But before, I would like to share with you my current makeup routine. I have added a bit more of colour to my daily makeup look, so I thought it was time for a new glimpse into my makeup bag.

Hello lovelies! How are you today?
You know I like to share with you what is on my everyday makeup bag (I used to call this post "makeup routine"). These are the items I use daily for a 10 minutes face look. I've been enjoying to put the accent on my lips and rotating between two fabulous lipsticks. Shall we take a look?

Jan 15, 2014

Today I was taking a look to my everyday makeup items and noticed many products have changed in my daily makeup routine. And it's been two months since I last shared my make up bag contents with you. My current look is very pink-y and quite dewey! I'd love to have your feedback.
33DC - Day 24: Manicure featuring the colour you own the most
Nov 15, 2013
Hello my dears, how are you today?
The 33 Days Challenge continues today with the prompt "the colour you own the most". I have my collection reunited in colour families (purple, blue, green) and then nuances (light blue, medium blue, navy blue, etc). So without hesitation I can say the colour I own the most is Green and the nuance of green that I have more off is Teal green. I always think of Teal as blue/green shade more towards the green side, as the bird, and turquoise more towards the blue, as the stone. Or is it the other way round? I guess this is totally personal and all the more subjective.
My current everyday makeup routine September 2013
Sep 11, 2013
Hello my darlings! How are you doing? We're having such an awful weather here in Switzerland, so definitely the Summer is gone. But I'm still kipping my tan quite fresh, because we did have some really sunny days the past weeks and I thought it would be a nice idea to share with you what I use for everyday makeup these days. Just for the sake of sharing and also kind of keeping "the records" of what I use I thought to start writing makeup routine's posts.
Vintage Challenge Red: YSL Rouge désir
Jul 16, 2013
Hello Lovelies! Today I'm exceptionally doing 2 challenges! So right now I'm presenting you my choice for the wonderful Vintage Challenge. Tuesday is for a red polish, and I have a very fabulous red, my hubby's favourite,YSL La laque n°144 Rouge désir, from the Limited edition "Love Collection". I got this one in December 2007, so I guess it could have been a collection for the holidays, but I couldn't swear for that.
