NOTD: Born Pretty store Neon studs

Aug 18, 2013

Today I have some Born pretty store Neon round studs I've received from them for my honest review. I tell you, lately I have the "neon fever". Neon was very 80's in my mind. When I was 8, I had so many neon things and later during teenage years I thought it was childish and totally out. But now neon is back and I'm old enough to be childish again, LOL!! This summer I made several neon designs on my nails I got 4 neon nail colours, a neon tank top, some neon hair bangs and stuff. I also got some little neon t-shirts for my baby, he looks adorable! So how could I resist to try neon Studs! I've chosen the neon pink ones.

Animal print stamping plate from KKCenterHK

Aug 13, 2013

Hi my lovelies! How are you?
Today I have a review for you that I should've posted ages ago! KKCenterHK sent me one of the new stamping plates ONLY with animal prints: NNAIL-SPPQA21 I also got the scraper and the stamp . I think that a plate with only animal prints is a great thing because I love animal print on my nails, and sometimes I would hesitate on buying a stamping plate because I'm interested only in one pattern and I'm mostly sure I'd never use the other designs. That's not the case with this plate! You see there's almost every animal of the Savannah! lol

Italian findings: Wjcon make.it nail polish Sugar efffect 824

Aug 11, 2013

Hello lovelies! How was your weekend?
I hope you're enjoying your Sunday evening, I surely am, writing a couple of posts to share with you my nail polish hunting during my vacation in Italy.
One of my greatest findings was this brand, new to me, called Wjcon make.it
I guess is an Italian brand since they only ship to Italy from their website. Their range is large, from lipstick, to foundations, to eyeshadows, to nailpolish, and all the makeup you could think of. I bought three nail polishes from them and some eye makeup, and I'm totally in awe because the quality is great!
Today I'm showing you Wjcon nail polish Sugar Effect in # 824 which is a gorgeous medium blue with a textured finish. I applied two coats over my regular basecoat, and of course no topcoat.

Summer favourites: Paréo Diorblush, Cheek cream from Summer mix 2013

Aug 10, 2013

Happy Saturday my dears! How is your weekend going? what where you up to? Any plans for tomorrow? I have a ton of things to do at home, but as the weather is nice we will probably spend the Sunday outdoors with the family.

So you may think for a Sunday outdoors I would go makeup-less, right? well you couldn't be more wrong!! My magic formula for "no makeup makeup" this summer is a fancy combination of two Dior products: Diorskin  Nude Tan BB Cream and the gorgeous Diorblush Cheek Creme in Paréo, from the Dior Summer mix collection for 2013. The collection includes other three shades of blush and 4 matching shades of nail polish of which I've shown you Capeline here.

NOTD: Dior Capeline from Summer mix collection 2013

Aug 8, 2013

Hello my dears! How are you doing today? I hope you're all doing fine. I have a gorgeous polish to share with you today it is Dior 658 Capeline from their recent Summer mix collection.
As soon as I saw it in the counter at Manor's I fell in love and thought I had to buy it. But the problem was the price tag. In Switzerland Dior polishes retail at 38 USD, which is too much for a nail polish! I thought I'd wait and eventually I bought it in Italy, during my vacation, where I payed 18.50 Euro, which is 24 USD!! Such a huge difference between two neighbour countries!

Plastic Stamping "plates" by KKCenterHK

Aug 6, 2013

Hi my dears! I'm slowly getting back in the track, and I really have a million things to do after this vacation. That's why taking a vacation has its downsides too, you work the double before leaving to have everything set and ready, and you work the double when you're back to catch up with the cumulated things during the absence LOL!
Anyways, today I have an "innovating" nail art item, kindly sent to me by KKCenterHK for my honest review, which consists in a different system to stamp on your nails with a Plastic stamping plate NNAIL-SPPNA09.

Purple & blue Interlocking dots

Aug 4, 2013

Hello my lovelies! How are you doing? How have you enjoyed your weekend?
We're back from our amazing vacation in Italy and It's kind of hard to get into the routine again. But when you must you must.
Today I'll like to share with you my first try to the interlocking dots technique. It's not difficult at all, but you do need a certain precision placing your dots, or the effect will be ruined.
